For this occasion - drawing addict. I have a full time job but it's not so interesting.

I grew up in Geneva, Switzerland. I live, work and get fat in La Coruña (Spain) since 2007.
Where are you? What are your immediate surroundings?
I'm at home, at my table, it's 2:00 AM. It's the best moment for me to draw.

20:00 - ?: My day finally starts, I cook, eat, smoke, perhaps watch a movie or play Dark Souls. After that, coffee, cigarettes and drawing.
What mediums do you use? Do you like to use many or do tend to use the same tools again and again?
I use paper and ink mostly! I almost never sketch before the ink. I like to try new stuff and I buy often super-expensive Japanese pens. For the colour, I use watercolour or copics. I want to try gouache and oil painting one day.
Where do the ideas for illustrations come from? Is there a particular time or place in your life that seems to generate a lot of your ideas?
It's hard to say... In my case I think it comes more from the movies, songs or books I consume, or the people I meet in my life.
Who/what inspire you and your work the most?
My girlfriend is somebody who help me going on the good way. For the drawing, both Sempé and Quentin Blake impressed me a lot when I was a kid. I can't do a complete list, but here are some artists that inspired me when I was a teenager: Blutch, Joan Sfar, Christophe Blain, Nicolas de Crecy, Dominique Gobelet, Pierre La Police, Sophie Doucet, Studio Elvis, Placid, Charles Burns...
Do you read or have any favourite comics?
Elvis Road by Studio Elvis is one of my favourite book. I read a lot of comics.
What have you been listening to lately? Is music something that is just playing constantly while you work?
I just bought the new disc of Fuzati and it's really good ! Music helps me putting me in a certain mood to draw but it's also good to work in silence.
What is something new you have noticed or learned recently?
The actor in the movie Nebraska is the father of Laura Dern!
What was the best piece of advice you have ever received?
“Clean shoes and clean underwear. Perhaps you'll end the day at the hospital.” - My mother.
