All-round legends Heaps Decent are running an art auction for charity this month

I HE(ART) HEAPS DECENT will run at Sydney's Special Group Studios on September 27, with all proceeds going to the Australian charity.

If you're in any way involved with music, whether you're in the industry or just as a general punter, chances are you've come across Heaps Decent. Launched by Diplo, Nina Las Vegas and DJ Levins back in 2007, Heaps Decent is a charitable organisation which provides music and arts workshops for kids - often disadvantaged - in metropolitan, regional or remote areas, particularly focusing on juvenile centres and behavioural schools, regional and remote communities and refugees and new migrant communities. In a bid to raise a bit of money, the Heaps Decent team are throwing what they're calling I HE(ART) HEAPS DECENT, a charitable arts auction to be held at Sydney's Special Group Studios this September 27. The auction will feature art by some of the most exciting names in art from here and abroad, including Amsterdam-born Amok Island, Daniel Boyd and Jonathan Zawada, who designed all the art for Flume in his Skin era (including the ARIA Award-winning cover art) and Baauer's debut Aa. Check out the full list of artists and more details below, and RSVP to the auction by emailing hey@heapsdecent.com ASAP.
