Premiere: ZVNE enters the Perth hip hop fray with new video for Stay Quiet

A locally made and shot video clip that packs plenty of production value.

Zane Rose-Davis, AKA ZVNE, is a 22-year-old hip-hop artist originally from New Zealand, now based in Perth and ready to make his mark on the local hip hop scene. After getting introduced to him last year, we're excited to premiere his new video clip for the single, Stay Quiet (prod. Baz) - a clip that looks a lot sharper than we're gonna guess the budget behind it was (S/O Marcelo Productions). It starts out simply enough, before delving into some kinda nightmare, shot around what looks like mostly the Fremantle area, and giving ZVNE the chance to take centre stage with a supremely casual flow: “[Stay Quiet]'s about coming to the realization that you are truly on your own. No matter how many people you ride with, at the end of the day the only person you can rely on is yourself, and it is up to you to decide whether or not that is loneliness or freedom.”

Get amongst it below, we get the feeling ZVNE is just getting warmed up:
