Basenji releases a new video for his blissful latest release, Petals.

Two months ago, Sydney producer/Future Classic-signee Basenji released his single Petals - a blissful and dreamy new release featuring vocals by Western Australian outfit Scenic. Although different to his more club-ready singles Heirloom and Dawn, Petals is a chilled-out affair. Although it's not quite new material, Basenji has today released the official video for Petals through YouTube channel Majestic Casual. Directed and produced by Chester Buchanan, who also worked on the video for Cosmo Midnight's Snare, the video is as dreamy as the single. It's a beautifully ambient video that perfectly matches the tune. In addition to the video, the producer has also announced an Australia-wide tour in celebration of this single and his debut EP it features on, Trackpad. The tour will be a collaborative display between the producer and Sydney-based media collective Voena, with guests yet to be announced.
