Text Message Interview: Father Dude x San Holo

Text Message Interview: Father Dude x San Holo

Following their collaboration on IMISSU, the vocalist and producer get texting.

Ever since San Holo first announced himself to the world stage it's been a meteoric rise for the Dutch producer, with a heap of originals and remixes that have since seen him head down to Australia for a big tour, along with shooting around the rest of the globe. We fell in love early on, much in the same way we did with Father Dude after he guested on GRMM's break-out single, Electrify. The NY-based vocalist has been a hit in Australia, working with the likes of Slumberjack and GRMM again on Level Up, along with internationals like TroyBoi. Most recently, Father Dude and San Holo worked together on IMISSU another fantastic slice of chilled trap/future-bass, that comes with a great video clip. You can check that out below, and you'll see why we thought it'd be a good idea to get the two of them to text message interview each other after that.

Tour-wise, there's been rumours that Father Dude will be down in Australia later this year, with San Holo just confirming some dates at the end of the year as well, playing Falls in Lorne on December 30, TBA venue in Perth January 1, Chinese Laundry in Sydney on January 8 and The Met in Brisbane January 9.
