Premiere: Skymachine channel nostalgia and romanticism to great effect on The Things I Do

Sitting somewhere between M83, Naked & Famous, and awesome.

There must be something in the water in New Zealand, now officially the home of euphoric indie-electronica from the likes of Broods and The Naked & Famous, we reckon you'll quite happily throw Skymachine in that illustrious company once you've tucked into their latest single, The Things I Do. From small beginnings in the mind of producer Brydon Hulse, Skymachine recently completed a fucking cool-sounding tour called Secret Spots, where they played at geothermal waterfalls, WWII army bunkers, and seaside cliff tops around their homeland.

Conveniently, this new single comes with a video documenting those shows, and it all combines for a an epic, romantic, nostalgic look at times gone by from band with an exciting path ahead of them. Check it out below:
