It's my dream to one day attend a Dirtybird BBQ (or have one come here) and eat barbecued meat goods and drink cold beers and dance to the deep, filthy house sounds coming from a roster that consists of such champions as Claude Von Stroke, Shiba San, Justin Martin, J.Phlip, and one of the crew's young upstarts - Justin Jay. HIs latest release is Mom I Graduated, a one-two knockout punch that features Hit It and Rain Dance. Today we're tucking into the former, a thick, bassy stomper that goes from dark to super intense as it rumbles along.
