Christopher Port makes his Future Classic debut with new single, Nobody Chose You
The Melbourne producer is scheduled to release his new EP on the esteemed electronic label this October.

Ever since we met the exciting producer last year, Melbourne's Christopher Port has gone on to impress us time and time again. In addition to touring with fellow Pieater crew Jack Grace, Airling, #1 Dads and Big Scary, the percussionist and production king has also trademarked his own spin on UK garage under his solo alias, a signature sound perfectly executed with his debut release on esteemed Australian label Future Classic. Nobody Chose You - the first single from his forthcoming Everything In Quotes "DARK" EP later this year - combines his characteristically quick-firing percussion work with layers of soft synth melodies and vocal samples, which all blend seamlessly to create a vibe particularly unique to Australia, but slightly reminiscent of names like Bonobo on an international scale. It's a spectacular tease of his forthcoming third EP, which is sure to go down a treat when it arrives via Future Classic and Pieater on October 20.
