Exclusive: Box Of Cats bring the house heat with Box Of Trax Volume 1

Vanilla Ace & DJ Glen, Botnek, The Sponges and more tune in for six late night rumblers.

Box Of Cats is a record label/collective of producer/DJs including Wongo, Jeff Doubleu, Jak Z, Kyle Watson and Tom EQ, getting together to release the tunes they love by artists from all over the globe. Six months ago they began a new mixtape series called B.O.T AKA Box Of Trax, an opportunity for their artists to "showcase what they love about music and Box of Cats as a whole."

"We don’t only release house music, we don’t only release tech house, we don’t only release bangers, but we always release music we believe in which doesn’t always belong to the same genre. So as a label for all shapes and sizes we have decided to make a new compilation series dedicated to the phat, the skinny and everything in between."

And today we're stoked to unveil the first volume of the B.O.T series, featuring six brand new stompers from Option4, Vanilla Ace & DJ Glen, Botnek, Monista, The Sponges and label co-owner Jeff Doubleu, a collection that, true to form, has something for everyone and every situation. From the g-wonk of Vanilla Ace & DJ Glen's Girls Get Down to Option4's bumpin' Im W Dat, and The Sponges' disco-fried Make It Juicy!, it's a jackin' box of hot tracks that'll get you where you need to go:
