Premiere: Hedge Fund's lead singer brings his dancing shoes in their new video clip
Summer's Getting Shorter features the group's singer at his enigmatic finest.
Following the release of Hedge Fund's latest single Summer's Getting Shorter, the group today unveil it's bizarrely beautiful video accompaniment, a co-directed effort between frontman William Colvin and cinematographer Tyson Perkins. Before you enjoy four minutes of pure hedonism, we'll let Colvin lay it out for you:
"When you see a video like this, it would be easy to think, 'I'm watching a grown man in what seems to be a Versace print safari-suit, with smokey eyes, contoured cheeks and red lipstick, dancing like my uncle doing an impression of Mick Jagger, in an abandoned car park at 7 o'clock in the morning... why?' Honestly, I don't know the answer to that question. But I do know that it's certainly a lot of fun to watch."
We couldn't have said it any better ourselves, so enjoy the clip below, and make sure you catch 'em at one of their upcoming show dates, of which there are plenty, so you've got no excuse really:
