Premiere: Fractures returns with a moody-yet-uplifting new single, Alchemy

The Melbourne artists first single of 2016 is a pearler.

We haven't heard a whole lot from Melbourne-based multi-instrumentalist Mark Zito AKA Fractures this year. Apart from a fantastic feature on Set Mo's sparkling slice of house music, Comfot You, and THIS beautiful acoustic rendition of his own single, Wake Up, it's been relatively quiet since last year's Reactor. But the wait has been worth it with the unveiling of his new single, Alchemy. A bold new track offering Zito a chance to flex his production nous on a densely layered affair featuring busy percussion and soaring guitars underpinning Zito's typically wonderful vocal work. Enjoy it below and catch Fractures live with his five-piece live band when they play at the upcoming BIGSOUND Festival.

Stream it below or grab it on iTUNES.
