With so much new music coming out each and every day, it can be hard to listen to everything... but we'll be damned if we don't try. Here are our favourite tunes from the week that was from the likes of 700 Feel, A.B. Original, CZARFACE, Delilah Holiday, HEALTH, Mia June, Mike Shinoda, Royel Otis, Shabazz Palaces and Tkay Maidza.

700 Feel - 5D Dub

Exploratory Eora/Sydney-based electronic producers announce their second EP for the year with a new cut of deep and dubby sounds that effortlessly switch from half to full time and back again. 700 Feel’s new EP Muscle Memories Vol 2 is out November 3.

A.B. Original - YES feat. DJ Total Eclipse & Marlon

CZARFACE - You Know My Style feat NEMS

Rap trio Czarface announce their new guest heavy album in fine style with a new single of “bad guy theme music” sampling boom bap featuring Nems, while the album will have features from Kool Keith, Login and more. Czarface’s new album Czartificial Intelligence is out December 1 via Silver Age.

Delilah Holliday - Long Time Coming

North London’s Delilah Holliday goes UK Garage on her short, sharp and atmospheric new single. Delilah Holiday’s new EP Invaluable Vol. 2 is out November 3 via One Little Independent.

HEALTH - Sicko feat. Godflesh

LA Industrial-electronic-noise trio sample industrial metal legends Godflesh on one of two new singles this week as they announce their new record. HEALTH’s new album Rat Wars is out December 7 via Loma Vista.

Mike Shinoda - Already Over

Fresh off the back from his visit downunder as a keynote speaker at Bigsound, Lincoln Park legend drops a new single of catchy indie-punk flavours.

Royel Otis - Fried Rice

One of Australia’s most exciting emerging bands continue their ascent with infectious, rocking new single as they announce their highly anticipated debut album. Royel Otis’ new album PRATTS & PAIN is out February 9 2024 via OURNESS.

Shabazz Palaces - Scarface Mace (feat. O Finess)

Seattle experimental hip hop royalty draws closer to his new album with a fresh single of left-field, off the wall beats and rhymes, featuring Colorado Springs-based rapper O Finess. Shabazz Palaces’ new album Robed in Rareness is out October 27 via Sub Pop.

Tkay Maidza - Out Of Luck (feat. Lolo Zouaï & Amber Mark)

A month out from her new album, Maidza delivers a slinky, silky smooth cut of groovy funk-infused r&b flavours, featuring Lolo Zouaï and Amber Mark. Tkay Maidza’s new album Sweet Justice is out November 3 via Dew Process.
