Didirri, No Mono, RAAVE TAPES lead BIGSOUND second line-up announce

Also hitting up Brisbane in September are HANDSOME, Arno Faraji, Demon Days and a heap of others.

There's nothing quite as consistent in life as huge BIGSOUND announcements over the second half of the year, and after three huge ones thus far, they've just dropped another. After announcing a line-up full of Australia's next-gen for the festival/conference's first musical line-up (with names including CLYPSO,  Eilish Gilligan, Eliott, JEFFE, Kaiit, Kota Banks, Kult Kyss, Kwame, Moaning Lisa, Mookhi, Paces, SŸDE, T$oko, Two People and Tyne-James Organ), they've just followed it up with another long-winded, possibly bigger list of names that'll be joining the four-day conference and festival when it hits Brisbane's Fortitude Valley on September 4 through to September 7.

It's lead by some already huge names, such as triple j favourite Didirri and our favourite two Toms No Mono, whose most recent single - the gritty and down-right dark Fever Highs - has become a favourite for us among many others from their 2018-released debut album. There's also a couple more of our favourites in there, from WA's own Arno Faraji, Carla Geneve and Demon Days through to Newcastle dance-punk royalty RAAVE TAPES and HANDSOME, whose single Save Some Love is one of our easy favourites of the year thus far.

The 138 names join the 70 already-announced earlier this year, with the Australia-heavy contingent sent to perform across 18 Brisbane venues over the four days. Additionally, four of them will have the chance to score Levi's $100,000 Music Prize, which just announced Hatchie as the final winner (following on from previous winners in Stella Donnelly, Alex Lahey and Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever).

Dive into the full line-up below, check out the full list of announced speakers at the conference HERE, and grab those tickets and more details at BIGSOUND's WEBSITE before it's too late.
