Listen: Santigold - Radio

The hip hop world is all over Hollywood at the moment, with Childish Gambino releasing a Bruno Mars cover for the Magic Mike XXL soundtrack, Rihanna laying down tracks for the animated film Home that she plays a character voice in, and Wiz Khalifa enjoying his first #1 for his contribution to the Fast & The Furious 7 soundtrack. Now, it’s Santigold’s turn, as the Philadelphia based R & B / alt-pop singer releases her first new material since 2012’s Master of My Make-Believe – Radio – for the new coming-of-age teen film Paper Towns, starring model/actress Cara Delevingne, which is based on a book written by the Fault in Our Stars dude. Radio’s an instant jam - classic Santi, with a dancehall beat signature and a big pop hook.

The Paper Towns soundtrack is out July 10, and also features selections by Twin Shadow, Vance Joy, Son Lux, and more. Santigold’s apparently working on a follow up to Master of My Make-Believe, that’s due later this year. Listen to Santigold’s new track below, and watch the film's trailer.
