We first came across Melbourne hip hopper Nico Ghost with his first single late last year - Coolin' - one that instantly established him as an artist to watch. So when the opportunity arose to premiere this follow up we of course jumped on it. Produced by XXXL, Bound 2 Snow is the next taste of his debut EP release, Kaishi, due next month. Bound 2 Snow is the best kind of Australian-produced hip hop, encapsulating a supremely laid back vibe, one that's not intrinsically linked to his location and drawing fair-enough comparisons to Kendrick's flow. We can't wait to hear the rest of the EP, and you'll be able to get a taste this Friday 27 February when he plays a free show at Laundry Bar, supported by Northern Flights, Marky Vaw and Boobjob, and wrapping up a month-long residency there.
