Listen: GoldLink – Dance On Me

2015 XXL Freshmen rapper, GoldLink, delivers his first solo track in a while.

Of late, 20-year-old Virginia dance-rap gamechanger Goldlink is following up one firey collaboration with another – the Chet Faker joint, that huge ZHU feature, and most recently a filthily smooth, trappy one with Falcons, by way of Vroom. It’s not just his collaborations that have stood out – he’s blessed us with killer visuals for his 2014 breakthrough mixtape The God Complex of late too: a couple of months ago we got deep into a red-lit house party with the MC in his video for Sober Thoughts, a sultry track produced by Kaytranda (we wrote about that one HERE).

Today the recent XXL Class of 2015 Freshman (check out our overview HERE) up 'n' comer delivers his first non-collab, solo stuff since The God Complex: new single Dance on Me sees the rapper surge forth with frantically rapped verses and soulful, rap-sung choruses, over a shimmering instrumental from Vienna-based producer Milo Mills
