Snakadaktal's Phoebe and Joey launch their new project - Two People

Living in a post-Snakadaktal world just got a little bit brighter.

Snakadaktal's break-up broke the hearts of many a couple of years ago. One of the country's favourite young acts, it hasn't been completely quiet from the camp since then. Co-vocalist Sean Heathcliffe launched his own solo project, Kagu, while Phoebe Lou featured on Hopium's breakout single, Dreamers. But today comes some pretty special news in that Phoebe Lou and fellow former Snakadaktal Joey Clough are now releasing music under a new project called Two People. What's even better is that their first single, Fading, is fucking gorgeous. There's a definite The xx vibe here which is irresistible. Snakadaktal were a talented bunch of kids, and a popular one at that for very good reasons. But gosh darn if we aren't excited to see how they fair in the Australian music landscape with a couple more years maturing under their belts, and Fading is an exciting first step:
