If it was the 90s you were trying to evoke, then you have succeeded in spades of sand, TEES.

Wollongong-based label Farmer & The Owl's resident dance duo TEES is combined efforts of best buds Lizzy Tillman and Sean Duarte, who last year released a killer EP, one that gets backed up this week with brand spankin' new single, Let Beauty Be. Being from said area, TEES know a thing or two about dreamy beach-house sounds, soaring headlong down that path instead of the tried and tested surf/skater punk we usually see evolve from the coastal melee. Instead, following in the footsteps of current Oz music dance kings Client Liaison, TEES bring a wonderfully 90s vibe to proceedings, only further enhanced by the beach dunes-set video clip you're about to watch.

On the single itself, Tillman had this to say: “Let Beauty Be is about acknowledging that something makes you happy, for what it is, for what it was and letting it exist... It’s about allowing something to be in its most pure form, free from hatred, free from pride. It’s about respecting that something once inspired you, even though it might not anymore... It’s about knowing when something has reached its end, when to cut free so that it can remain as something separate from you, and yet still be beautiful... Without being tainted, without judgement and without regret... Let Beauty Be.

Wise words indeed. Feel the rhythm below, and keep an eye this duo, they're packing some serious vibes in 2017.
