Premiere: Listen to an exciting new cut from Melbourne's Luboku, The Surface (Single)

Moody, introspective beats paired with a stunning voice.

Due for release next Friday 13 October, The Surface (Single) is the first new single from Melbourne-based producer Luboku since his At Dawn EP a few years ago. Having spent the past couple of years honing his sound as a solo artist and drinking in influence from the likes of James Blake and Jon Hopkins, the results speak for themselves. The winding, pulsating track is a wonderfully slow burning slice of left-field house music, but its the vocal work that really sets it onto another level altogether. Take a listen below, and catch him launching the track Thursday 12 October, supported by ORCHA and Hemm (more info HERE).
