Mexico City-based producer Tayrell have linked up with Pele (who also plays in Tora) for a new single, Sharp Knives, and we're excited to premiere it today. It's a wonderfully lush and soulful piece of down-tempo electronica, that combined with the added vocals of Sydney artist Grace Pitts, has created a thing of absolute beauty. The team up came about as a result of a mutual admiration between both acts, with Tayrell singling out Pele's remix/production work with acts like the aforementioned Tora and Foreign Diplomats. And while Tayrell may be a relatively new name to you, they've already been supporting the likes of Bjork, Nicolas Jaar and Vince Staples in their homeland. And if we get more gold like this, one gets the feeling it won't be long before many others get around them.
