Premiere: Danish trio AV AV AV unleash thumping new single, Total Recall

It's the latest from their new EP, Everything Is True, out tomorrow.

Following on from recent tracks About You and Habitat, Danish trio AV AV AV (pronounced OW OW OW) have slung us the final tease before their next EP release tomorrow (March 10), in thumping new single, Total Recall. Channelling Oi Oi Oi-era Boys Noize (one of the all time great dance records in this writers' humble opinion), Total Recall is a nasty piece of electronica - ominous, dark, grinding - it's an absolute steamer of a tune and has excitement levels at feature pitch for what else is to come on tomorrow's 7-track EP, Everything Is True.

"We played all the new songs live last year, defining our sound and came to the conclusion that we not only are a studio band but also a live act. We see the EP as an upgraded version of our trio, and found what we feel is the real AV AV AV sound,” bandmember Eloq explains. ”Total Recall has been in our files ”hardcore tracks for live” for a while..." he continues, and after the mixing and mastering was done for the EP, they "figured that it works perfect as the last track of the EP."

There's a reason why Fatboy Slim has proclaimed these guys as "the sound of the future"... take a listen, and check out the EP artwork, below:
