Last month, Californian girl-group HAIM took on Tame Impala's Cause I'm A Man for a rare re-do, tackling the original's soft guitar riffs and Kevin Parker's dreamy vocal work head on and coming out with a more mellow, down-tempo edition of the tune. Now joining the Tame Impala remix train is legendary electronic group Soulwax, who do the opposite, stretching out Let It Happen into an up-beat, nine-minute electronic epic. It starts off with a building loop with Parker's vocals floating over the top, before a heavy bass-guitar loop kicks in and things start getting funky. Across the nine minutes we are treated to sly guitar riffs, funky disco-esque break-downs and an organ re-do of the original's famous guitar line. Listen below:
