For those that doubt the ability of Jaden Smith, this collaboration with Ta-Ku is serious fire. Listening through the nine-minute burner you’re not hearing one single song but what sounds like four songs with all the key changes. Leading up to the five-minute mark you’ve a Pro Era-styled beat then Ta-ku rolls over into a bouncy as hell line which gradually morphs into a R&B tinged vibe before gently unwinding. And this is what makes it so good, for the whole time you’re constantly getting new elements thrown into your ear-holes. Each moment is constantly evolving and for a nine minute tune you just can’t get enough. And I for one am interested to see what Jaden Smith does next.
