Joyride goes Godzilla on Sydney with his nieces in impossibly cute video for Kings & Queens

The big man follows his covers series with a pearler original taking his hometown to task.

Following on from his covers series earlier this year, musician/performer/producer/DJ/general larrikin/social media guru Joyride has unleashed a brand new single, Kings & Queens, which comes with a fantastic video clip. Featuring himself and his nieces building a miniature version of Sydney before eventually taking it down, the track and clip aren't pulling any punches: “I wrote this on a day where I was feeling particularly upset about how the powers that be are hamstringing our culture, vibrancy and diversity. Fuck them. A community derives its worth from the entire sum of itself, not just the self-appointed top tier. If you come for our happiness, why can't we come for yours? I was particularly cross that day, I guess."

The track is officially out tomorrow, and it comes from his forthcoming debut album, Sunrise Chaser, due early next year.
