Feki gets dreamy on new single Run Away

The Brisbane-based producer will also be touring off the back of the single, including a run of dates supporting Snakehips.

Yeah, look. Our love affair with Feki isn’t a quiet one. It’s more of a yell from the treetops, write in the sky with a plane relationship which has lasted the whole two years or so since he first emerged. It’s hard not to parade our love for him when every single one of his productions and remixes has completely hit all the marks, and no different is Run Away – another dreamy new banger from the Brisbane-based producer released at the dying moments of last week. Continuing the blissed-out, gentle vibe from his latest track You Got Me, Run Away sees Feki pair emotion-inducing orchestral strings and percussion with a soaring vocal line, which matches the empowering, grand feel of the single. Run Away is one of my favourite Feki singles to date, a big call with tracks including Nothing Last Forever and Remember behind him.

Having already conquered some of the biggest stages in Australia (Splendour, Beyond The Valley, Falls Festival, Listen Out), Feki will be touring his live show across Australia for two separate tours. The first, the Club Nights Tour, sees the producer hit up Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney and the Central Coast before he jets around the country supporting Snakehips for their Groovin’ The Moo sideshows in May. Dates below.
