Dive into the mysterious world of Tiny Elephant and their new single, Don't Let It

The unknown LA name, whoever they are, is making some incredibly good house music right now.

There's really not too much to say about Tiny Elephant. All we know is that the producer (or maybe producers?) is based in LA, and making some seriously cool four-on-the-floor house music. "Tiny Elephant is a story about a boy named Tiny who is lost in the dream world trying to find his way," their bio reads. "He has his Elephant companion with him as he travels through the wild landscapes. Each song represents an encounter in which he uses his music to either fight off the deadly Nocturnous who is trying to imprison him to for eternity. Many of his friends are lost as well, and he uses his gift of music to save everyone." Whatever the situation is here, Tiny Elephant has dropped two singles on us so far in 2017 – Nocturnous and Don't Let It – and they both sport this anthemic, club-ready house vibe which we adore, pulsating with overwhelmingly thick basslines and catchy melodies. It's seriously cool and definitely worth listening to, so dive into them with a couple of bits and pieces of info on the producer(s) below:

Tell us about yourself?

My name is Tiny - Id like to keep myself anonymous., but I live in Los Angeles...

What kinda tunes we talkin’?

Honestly not really sure what you would call this genre. It's mid-tempo four on the floor dark electro/house vibes.

Production/writing process:

These tracks just pour out of me like lava. When I am in the studio, I decide that I wanna make a song and try not to think too much about it and release them. I have an album's worth of music and will be releasing a track every few weeks.

Can you tell us about your new single, Don’t Let It?

Well first, Tiny Elephant is a story about a boy named Tiny who is lost in the dream world trying to find his way out. He has his Elephant companion with him as he travels through the wild landscapes. Each song represents an encounter in which he uses his music to either fight off the deadly Nocturnous who is trying to imprison him for eternity. Many of his friends are captured in this world, and he uses his gift of music to save everyone.

Don't Let It specifically is not letting Nocturnous get me while I escape.

Any shows coming up?

No shows. Just focused on music.

What’s the rest of the year have in store?

Well, this year is pretty much over, but I plan to keep on releasing music. Like I said above, I have an album's worth of tunes finished so I'll be putting these out over the next year.

Where can we hear more of your music?
