Watch: Peter Bibby - Goodbye Johnny

Watch: Peter Bibby - Goodbye Johnny

Peter Bibby’s latest video doesn’t feature him, but it does have Mac DeMarco and Shiny Joe Ryan.

Peter Bibby is one of those Australiana artists who is so bloody fair dinkum you have to pause for a moment even if you’re from here. And he’s a good mate of the Pilerats team, proof enough when he whipped out a cracking rendition of Stinkin’ Rich. And he’s back with his latest single Goodbye Johnny, which features a lot of some guy I’ve never seen before and then Mac DeMarco looking suitably normal; normal in the case of Mac is smiling like he’s only dabbled in a few jazz cigarettes. It’s also got POND's Shiny Joe and Nick Allbrook shuffling around in the alcoves. All in all I can’t really take much from this clip but it’s a nice visual treat for Bibby’s laidback strumming.
