We'll take whatever new Kev we can get, and this is pretty great.

Although Kevin Parker has been busy over the last few years, it’s fair to say that fans are waiting patiently for his next big music release. Having not released an album since 2015, fans are anxious about what may be next, after hearing in the grapevine about collaborations, including some actually released Travis Scott action on his latest album.

And after a few vids popped up online of Kevin Parker linking up on stage with Theophilus London, we've now got some decent quality rips of those tracks, with the duo operating under the guise of TheoImpala.

Although a pleasant surprise, it's not totally unexpected. Given that on the 10th of October Theophilus London tweeted “Would you like a tour? #THEOIMPALA”. The Tweet was doubled down upon, as Theophilus London later posted on Instagram that they were selling a
limited number of tickets to see TheoImpala, which sold out in less than a minute.

So when TheoImpala whipped out two of their songs they’ve been working on at the Peppermint Club in Los Angeles, we listen with utmost glee:

Throw into the mix that earlier this year Parker said that he would be “disappointed” if he didn't release new music by mid-2019, we may be getting a whole heap of new gear soon, and both of these tracks are pretty great little teasers of what is to come.
