Premiere: Girlatones celebrate the release of their new album with video for Misunderstood

Fitting In Well is out today, and also comes with a bunch of upcoming show dates.

Today sees the release of Melbourne garage-rockers Girlatones debut album, Fitting In Well, and we're delighted to help you get around it with a premiere for the video clip for one of its singles, Misunderstood. The clip tells the tale of two groundskeepers, locked in a turf war that eventually ends in a nasty brawl. Directed by Jacintho Muiños, it's the fourth single from Fitting In Well, and you can check it out below:

And seen as today is album release day, it'd be a bit silly not to share Fitting In Well, one of the year's most charming records - earnest, DIY af, and some of the coolest garage-pop going around. You can tuck into that below, and catch 'em live at a bunch of upcoming shows that we've listed down the bottom:

Fri 10 Nov - Yarra Hotel, Abbotsford

Sat 25 Nov - Record Paradise, Brunswick

Fri 15 Dec - Smith's Alternative, Canberra
