After his catchy self-titled EP Buddy Holliday was released in 2014; the Lennox Heads legend is back with a second, even catchier release in Beach House. Containing six quirky little songs perfect for lounging around on your bedroom floor, staring at the ceiling. The calming and relatable lyrics, mixed with his dreamy voice and up-beat yet mellow music creates a perfect mood to relax in. His songs creates a sense of nostalgia about memories that aren’t even your own. Lo-Fi, alternative, garage music is definitely making a comeback this year, and I’m glad I’m here to witness it! He has released his new EP on BANDCAMP, with half of the profits he makes from sales going to Get Up's Refugee & Asylum Seeker campaign - good music from a good bloke.
