Stormzy soundtracks upcoming film Brotherhood with new single of the same name

Debuting on Beats 1 ahead of the Grime MC's appearance at Listen Out in September.

Grime MC Stormzy is currently celebrating the impending release of UK film Brotherhood, set to feature Stormzy not only on the film's soundtrack but as a member of the film's supporting cast. Itself a sequel to previous films Kidulthood and AdulthoodBrotherhood is set for release in the UK on August 29.

In celebration of the film's release, radio personality Julie Adenuga took to her Beats 1 radio to release three tracks from the film's soundtrack, including a new track from Stormzy himself. Titled Brotherhood in honour of the film, it finds Stormzy sounding typically inspired over the hard-hitting grime beat. Of course, Australian audiences can look forward to seeing Stormzy performing live as a part of 2016's Listen Out lineup, alongside such fellow acts as A$AP Ferg, Travi$ Scott, Anderson .Paak and Yung Lean.
