Naarm-based producer, vocalist & DJ on the rise drops new single on Mall Grab’s label + announces new EP ‘One Night, One Time’

Coming in hot with a new single of mellow and melodic textured house sounds is Melbourne’s Pretty Girl who’s just dropped her new single A New Light, lifted from her forthcoming One Night, One Time EP set for an April 14 release via Steel City Dance Discs.

A New Light and news of the EP comes fresh off the back of Pretty Girl’s remix of Romy and Fred Again..’s cut Strong, which she got to play when she supported Fred in Melbourne at his sold-out shows last month.

Regarding her new EP, Pretty Girl explains “In December 2021 I was writing some lyrics and ended up singing “maybe just one night, one time” over and over. That line resonated in a way that the previous year’s worth of demos hadn’t. It felt hopeful, electric, and looking forward. I pushed through all of 2022 to put this EP together while life felt so busy and out of control. 12 months of work to capture life after the pandemic- new experiences, new heartbreaks, new perspective, new energy, new challenges.”

Soak up A New Light today, see below for Pretty Girl’s upcoming tour dates and stay tuned for more news on the EP!
