Listen: Joy & Sparkes - Come to Me

Produced especially for Strawberry Fields Festival, this bass heavy track could see Joy make her Festival debut.

Joy & Sparkes has been on fire recently, as one of the most popular producers in Adelaide’s electro heavy sub culture it takes but one mesmerizing experience to be enslaved by Sparkes’ musical allure. On top of her regular live circuit Joy has supported alt-tronic heavy weights Oscar Key Sung and Banoffee on the Adelaide leg of their national tours. Having recently moved to Melbourne to fulfill music wholeheartedly Joy & Sparkes returns to Adelaide every so often to perform to full house crowds in SA’s king underground venue Ancient World.

The release of her most recent track Come To Me, an esoteric and introspective romp spattered with psychedelic vocals, heavy sub bass and grooved out drum machines could see Joy & Sparkes perform at the infamous Strawberry Fields Festival. The song is just one example of Joy & Sparkes highly unique style, which melds strong vocals with meticulous production and looping. Joy has been shortlisted as one of 25 artists in the running to play the coveted festival and all you need to do to support her is listen to the track below. As a high output artist Joy & Sparkes, has plenty of stuff in the works, including a rad music video, so stay tuned for more.
