Listen: Dusky - Ordinary World EP

Listen: Dusky - Ordinary World EP

A heavy, techno-infused return by UK house demons Dusky ahead of their Listen Out dates.

UK deep house dons Dusky are in the country later this year for the Listen Out festival, bringing their funky basslines for a brief run down under to celebrate the release of the four-track EP Ordinary World, released the other day on the 17 Steps label. From the bouncy house of Skin Deep, the first single on the EP, to the techno-esque anthem Parakeet Feet, the Ordinary World EP is far heavier and darker than their previous work, mirroring more closely to the deep, rolling sounds of their famous DJ sets. New sound aside, Ordinary World is a triumphant return from the British duo, and sure to go down a nice treat when they come to our shores at the end of September.

Limited tickets remain for this year's Listen Out festival, headlined by Childish Gambino, SBTRKT and Odesza. You can grab your tickets HERE.
