Listen: Cut Snake - Jungle Shrimp

Do the Jungle Shrimp.

Paul “Fish” Fischer and Leigh “Sedz” Sedley, pro-surfers turned DJs, are the people to blame when a song called Jungle Shrimp gets stuck in your head, never to leave that cavernous space between the ears upon which it first entered. Released under their Cut Snake moniker, Jungle Shrimp is the Harlem Shake meets house, with a funky, bouncy house groove and animal samples chucked under a looping “Do the Jungle Shrimp” vocal. It has virality potential for days, and very much reminds us of Yolanda Be Cool circa a few years back, and it’s an absolute ripper of a tune. Stream it below or buy on iTunes HERE, and catch 'em on tour next month (dates below).
