A strong debut can be one of the most important factors to an artist’s overall popularity and success and, hailing from the US and Ireland, transatlantic hip-hop outfit Bon Voyage have done just that, leaving a lasting impression with their debut tune Booshie. Although we are not entirely sure what ‘Booshie’ is, the single is one of the strongest debuts we’ve heard thus far in 2015, showcasing an exciting, new wave of hip hop, with some heavy techno and wonky house vibes in the beat – a style similar to artists such as Shamir and Zebra Katz. With any great debut always comes to question - what comes next, and when it comes to Bon Voyage, we can't wait to hear it.
