Australia-bound Mija just released her first solo single, and it's heavy as hell.

Drum 'n' Bass breakdowns and nightcored vocal cuts - Mija's debut single has it all.

Back towards the start of last year, we introduced Mija as a Skrillex-backed DJ whose frenzied, genre-defying live shows were picking up some serious steam over in the states. Since, she’s flexed her production muscles in a nostalgic remix of Massive Attack’s Paradise Circus and teamed up with Vindata for 2016’s most flat-out exciting song, Better, as well as travelling the world with her aforementioned DJ sets. In 2017, the OWSLA artist continues to expand into the world of production with her first solo single Secrets, a club-ready jam that oozes with an unstoppable energy. Pitching up the vocals of Tegan & Sara’s Boyfriend, Mija creates an unbeatable liveliness that pulses throughout the track’s length, whether it be the almost nightcored vocals or the heaving, drum and bass breakdowns that would fit right at home in Australia’s sweaty clubs. Speaking of which, Mija will be returning to Australian shores in March, following from her debut Australian voyage last year supporting Jauz. Check out the dates below.
