Premiere: Drift away with Spilt Cities' soaring new single, Whirlpool

The Perth-based alt-rockers are set for a big 2016.

For the past few years Perth-based indie-rockers Spilt Cities have been walking a fine line between melancholic indie sounds and post-rock aggression with ease, and their latest single Whirlpool is testament to that. With soaring melodies in a song that builds and builds, it perfectly encapsulates what the group are all about, and bodes well for the coming year as they seek to establish themselves as another fine addition to this state's bubbling alt-indie-rock scene.
