Printout: Sean Morris Is Not Your Dad

Printout: Sean Morris Is Not Your Dad

Welcome to 'Printout' where once a week we and our like-minded friends review and take you through zines and other printed material that we love and or you send us!

It's no real secret that we love Sean Morris, if you ask us he's one of the best illustrators in the country and has been for quite a while. So when going through options on our shelves for this week's pick, this one jumped out! Is Not Your Dad is the 2011 zine that collects the best of Seans work from 2009 -2011. I don't know this for sure but I'm assuming it's out of print and I'm bloody stoked to have one in the collection.. I think I picked this up at Beafourt Street Festival in 2011 when he had a pop-up gallery under the stairs out the back of that supplement store.. This was a good era for Sean, some of my favourite work of his was done in and around that time. 10/10 zine because it's the best, there's cartoon breasts and it's great title.
