Born in Brisbane, Alex Louisa has always been surrounded by wildlife. Her work captures the world around her beyond its mere physicality, extending to the mood and atmosphere of the places she explores. Louisa’s work is highly detailed, portraying texture with incredible skill. Her affinity for animals and the natural form manifests in each of her paintings.
