Paces, DZ Deathrays, Miss Blanks lead Secret Garden 2018 line-up

The Sydney festival's 2018 line-up shines a well-deserved spotlight on the next generation of Australian music.

New South Wales' Secret Garden Festival has become one the city's most loved 'boutique' events, so much so that the event has sold-out every year in the past ten years – and this year is no different. There's a good reason for this too, with the two-day event consistently spotlighting the best of Australian music, art and culture, and all ticket and bar sales donated to charities such as the NSW Rural Fire Service.

The festival's tenth-anniversary line-up just arrived this morning and in true, Secret Garden Festival tradition, it highlights many of the Australian musicians tipped to have mammoth years in 2018 and beyond. Alex The Astronaut, Angie McMahon, Boat Show, DZ Deathrays, Ecca Vandal, Holy Holy, LANKS, MEZKO, Miss Blanks, Odette, Paces, WAAX and others will all play the main stage over the two days in late February, with acts including Eilish Gilligan, Exhibitionist, JEFFE, Stella Donnelly, Fritz, Love Deluxe and Andy Garvey to play on side-stages (plus heaps more). In addition to spotlighting Australian talent, it's also great to see a well-known festival like Secret Garden using their platform to promote women on our festival stages – something which will no doubt play an essential part in this year's festival scene after backlash against Falls Festival, ORIGIN NYE and others for failing to book diverse line-ups for their 2017/2018 editions. Dive into the full line-up below, and get more info via their website HERE.
