Australian label Pieater announces music workshop competition

Australian label Pieater have worked their way up to become one of Australia's most well-respected, with signees including #1 Dads, Big Scary, Airling and Christopher Port commonly regarded as some of Australia's best acts in their respective genres. They're also one of the nicest teams this side of the equator, demonstrated once again with a little competition they've got going on for the festive season. Basically, they're offering a full two days of workshopping, recording, mixing and mastering with Big Scary's Tom Iansek and whoever else just so happens to be in the studios at the time, as well as business mentoring and release planning with two of the brains behind the label and management firm. "We feel that providing a safe, comfortable and inspiring creative community is important to the success of any artist," the team say on the competition.
