Marshmello joins the Monstercat fam with euphoric new single, Alone

Set phasers to super happy fun time tunes.

Words by Hayden Garrard.

As the newest act to join the Monstercat family, Marshmello debuts his futuristic tune Alone. Taking listeners on a four-minute journey packed full of spacey synths and playful vocal chops, this track is set to lift the mood. Fresh after his debut album, Joytime, released in January this year, Alone emphasises his crafted brand of feel-good melodies and trapped-out dirty bliss, both uplifting and unabashedly intense. The track makes you feel all kinds of cosmic. Currently taking over stages in the US, Marshmello and his new track get crowds pumping with the pop-fueled beats.

So maybe we were wrong about the whole Martin Garrix thing (but hey, it was a bloody fun time to play guessing games was it not?), but in the end he's letting the tunes do the talking, and that's what it's all about:
