Interpol march towards the release of their new album with hazy new single, Number 10

Marauder is due August 24, and is one of our most anticipated albums of 2018.

Hot on the heels of their very well-received single The Rover, indie-rock legends Interpol have further hinted at what we can expect from their new album Marauder (out August 24 via Matador/Remote Control) with follow-up single, Number 10. Fast and loose, the track has an almost scuzzy, lo-fi feel to it that at first feels a bit jarring, like your headphones aren't plugged in properly. But once you get swept up in the story of a secret office romance between Ella, a domineering boss, and her employee, you realise this is vintage Interpol, all dueling guitars, voracious drumming and a driving bassline.

Interpol's comeback in 2018 is one we are all the way in for, and we can't wait to hear the rest of Marauder in a couple of weeks.
