Framed: Taking In Tokyo Exhibition

A collaborative exhibition between 3rd year Curtin University students.

Taking In Tokyo is a collaborative exhibition between photographer Lewis Catalano and illustrator Georgina McKay, both third year university students at Curtin here in WA. The exhibition aims to present creative interpretations of life and culture in modern Japan, sourcing from their recent travels to Tokyo and Minakami in June 2016. The pieces on display will showcase individual skills, along with collaborative works presenting emotive interactions between illustration and landscape photography. The exhibition launches at The Bird in Northbridge on Monday September 12 (event info HERE) and will run for two weeks. All pieces will be available for purchase, and you can scope some examples below:
