Watch the trailer for Tyler, The Creator's Animated Series, ‘Jellies’

It’s about a family of jellyfish.

Love him or loathe him, there's no denying Tyler The Creator's unstoppable imagination. He already has a history of video production, having devised three seasons of the sketch comedy show Loiter Squad on AdultSwim. Now he’s picking up where that left off with a new offering. As part of the rollout of exclusive content for subscribers of his Golf Media app, Odd Future rapper Tyler The Creator, along with Loiter Squad co-creator Lionel Boyce, have launched an animated series called The Jellies. Tyler and Lionel have written the scripts, and voice the characters themselves.  The show follows a family of jellyfish who tells their human son, Cornell Jelly, on his 16th birthday that he’s adopted… sounds characteristic of Tyler’s wackness, and perfect 'high with your buddies' material.

Watch The Jellies season one preview below, and get Tyler's Golf Media app to watch the rest - new eps every Sunday. The app also provides a behind-the-scenes look at the show, and Tyler's thought processes creating it.
