We're getting pretty excited about our special Pilerats' readers screening of Straight Outta Compton in Perth tomorrow night with Universal Pictures - if you're one of the lucky winners joining us, we'll see you tomorrow night to share in what looks to be the riveting story of the rise of the famous rap group N.W.A.
Aslan, from RTRFM's Cloudwaves - a weekly community radio show specialisting in fresh AF raps and lit club tracks - has given Dre a bit of a run for his dough with his mixtape for our screening event. Cruise to classics from Tupac, Snoop Dogg, Dr Dre, mixed up with plenty of well-selected winners from DJ Quik, YG, Kendrick, Dam Funk and more.
