Mura Masa remixes HAIM's Walking Away into a blissfully upbeat club anthem

Capping off a remarkable year, the talented Brit is about to touchdown on our shores for a bunch of New Year festivals.

Following in the footsteps of acclaimed producer BloodPop earlier this year, HAIM have today sprung news that yet another big name has wrapped their hands around their sophomore album, reworking another track. Insert the much buzzed about electronic Brit Mura Masa, who has chuck an experimental spin on one of Something To Tell You’s best cuts Walking Away. Keeping the original vocal relatively intact, an array of bubblegum-like flicks and pops through a statically-scuzzy bassline and a symphonic-technologic marimba, Masa’s blissful take on the slow-burning HAIM number about heartbreak and shifts it straight into the club. Dazzling with his fresh perspective and unique electronic flair, the remix caps off a remarkable year for the young producer.

Vibing the remix as much as we are? Well, let us remind that in just a few weeks time the talented Brit will touching down on our shores for a handful of sets that include Beyond The Valley, Origin NYE and Field Day. For more information on this and where you catch Mura Masa, head on over here.
