Jack Grace releases sombre new single Us, announces new EP

His new EP If I Tremble will be out early 2018 through Of Leisure.

Two months ago came news that emerging Sydney producer Jack Grace had signed to Australian label Of Leisure, releasing the intricate first single from his forthcoming EP, BE4UGO, as his first release at the new home. He's now back with an equally remarkable new single, with the multi-faceted song-writer releasing the swooning new single Us – the latest from his upcoming release. Us is a more approachable and somewhat more emotional release from Jack Grace, especially in comparison to his previous work. The single's brooding production is characteristically intricate and complex with percussion and moody synth layers aplenty, however this time around, the musician has elected to put more of a focus on his own vocals, which delicately float above the single's driving production for much of its duration. It's really quite subtle and fragile, with both the clicking production and woozy vocals feeling quite restrained and precise, especially in comparison to his previous work. However, it works well, and definitely gets us excited about his forthcoming EP, If I Tremble, which is anticipated to arrive early next year.

Next month, Jack Grace will play a super intimate single launch at a currently-secret space in Sydney. If you're going to be around on Wednesday December 6th, you can find more info and tickets to the event HERE.
