Heaps of rad new songs came out today

New RUFUS, Gunns, Vera Blue, RW Grace and more.

Normally we put individual songs into their own posts, but on today - Friday 20 November - has seen the release of way too many for us to keep up with, so here's a pleasant little dump of some fantastic new music:

LUKE MILLION - Archetype feat. Jeswon

The disco-funk maestro put this up on Soundcloud a couple of days ago, but it's officially out today, and it is supremely fresh. Featuring Jeswon from Thundamentals, it has a Chromeo feel to it that is irresistible. He's playing Southbound over our way early next year.

GUNNS - She's A Rainbow

The WA indie-pop outfit are celebrating the news they'll be joining Albert Hammond Jr on his Australian tour next year with this cosmic new jam. And you can download it for free via the gold folks at Spinning Top Records.

STRICT FACE - Rouge Park

This fifth release rounds out the month-plus long celebration of the launch of Nina Las Vegas' NLV Records, and it's a wonderfully weird piece of electronica from underground Adelaide producer Strict Face. This one's another free download, and along with the previous few releases sets the stage for NLV Records to really push boundaries within electronic music here and abroad.

VERA BLUE - Hold

Cutting her teeth as a folk artist in the small town of Forbes, 20-year old Vera Blue makes a powerful statement with the first taste of her daliiance into the realms of electronica. The track and video clip are equally stunning, and an alluring first taste of her on-the-way five-track EP.

RW Grace - #5

RW Grace releases her debut EP today, and #5 is one of the cuts from it, featuring the vocals of none-other than Matt Corby. It's a sombre piece of downbeat electronica, and a beautiful example of what's to be found with another artist coming from that guitar background and finding new life in electronica.

KIESZA - Give It To The Moment (Cassian Remix)

This one's anothe freebie, and it's classic Cassian putting his signature house spin on Kiesza's single, Give It To The Moment. It's an upbeat slice of house that will no doubt work wonders on whatever dancefloor is blessed with its presence.

CHARLES MURDOCH - Privacy feat. Oscar Key Sung (Official Video)

The stunning video clips for Charles Murdoch's last two singles, Straws and Frogs have been building up to this one, rounding out a moving trilogy detailing themes of suppressed sexuality and contradictory identities. Murdoch's debut album is fast approaching release date, and we can't wait.
